*Wholesale Accounts. Applies to established California businesses
(with a valid California Resale Certificate) or out of state businesses engaged
in the business of selling balloons and/or balloon equipment.
Accounts are subject to approval by Customer Service before wholesale
pricing will be available.
*Taxed Wholesale Accounts. Applies to newly established
balloon decorating businesses (with a pending Resale Certificate),
balloon twisters, clowns, and entertainers. Purchases will qualify
for wholesale pricing and will be charged applicable sales tax.
Proof of business affiliation (i.e. business card, letterhead,
flyer, or a sales brochure) must be submitted with application
by fax or mail. Accounts are subject to approval by Customer Service
before wholesale pricing will be available.
*Non-Profit Accounts. Discounts available for churches,
schools, charities, clubs, and other non-profit organizations.
Must provide proof of affiliation. Accounts are subject to approval
by Customer Service before non-profit pricing will be available.
